Organic Garnet Yams grown in California.

These are the very orange yams used for candy yams and the traditional holiday meals.

They are fresh crop and very nice. The yams comes in all different shapes and sizes.

So they are a little more challenging toget exact weights than smaller potatoes.

We will try to get a 2 pound and 5 pound package and be as close as we can so a little invoice adjusting may be required on our side.

In general the yams will be about 1/2 pound each.
