Certified organic Guatemalan Blue Winter  squash grown at Abundantly Green in Silverdale.

This is a squash in the banana family.  It is orange flesh with a mild flavor.  We use it for baking, soups and stews.  Easy to peel and cut up.

We cut them into cubes, put in gallon freezer bags and keep for easy use.

We have 10 or so of them and I suggest checkingin on this deal.
