Organic Japanese White Sweet Potato.

These are really good. 

I know I say that about alot of things but these are really good.

In general they have better sweetness than the standard yellow sweet potato, the flesh is more firm yet more moist.

The outer skin is purple and the inner flesh white.  They can be baked whole or cubed, mixed with oil and salt and roasted!

We  have found the trick to ne cooking at 375 for a little longer and the sugar develops very nicely.

Give em a try if you have not had them before.

In general the sweet potatoes will be about 1/2 pound each.
